Haze pollution has become one of the most important environment problems in China. Both the government and the public have taken great efforts to control it. This seminar focuses on how local governments follow central government directives in implementing air pollution policies, how different departments involved in policy enforcement and their authorities have changed over time, and how the public participates in the haze governance process.
