Date

Friday, 4 August, 2017 - 12:00 to 14:00

Universities and funding bodies are increasingly giving more weight to research engagement and impact but what is that and how does one build it into research design and approaches? This workshop will discuss examples in projects by Associate Professor Katerina Teaiwa (School of Culture, History and Language) and facilitate activities encouraging participants to take creative and disciplinary “risks” in their work.

This workshop is aimed primarily at ANU early career researchers and academics. PhD students are also welcome. Places are limited and participants must commit to the full two-hour workshop.

Date:  Friday 4 August 2017
Time: 12:00pm – 2:00pm
Location: Crawford Seminar Room 2

Please RSVP by email to cap.research@anu.edu.au by 31 July, as a light lunch will be provided. Kindly notify the team of any dietary requirements.
