The developing countries of East Asia have seen more rapid growth over the past two decades than other developing regions around the world, and at the same time, poverty levels have been decreasing. But there is rising uncertainty for this growth outlook and, increasingly, the impacts of climate change are being felt across East Asia and the Pacific.
