Courtesy of ThaiBlogger it is possible to mark a website or blog with the type of Royalist paraphernalia that has been so very prominent on the streets of Thailand over the past year. The banners and bands include choices of text: “We Love Our King”, “Long Live the King”, “I Love You, Mom” and “ทรงพระเจริญ”. For an example of this branding in action, Gnarly Kitty is now sporting a “We Love Our King” band in the top lefthand corner of her website.

NF, there is no reason we should be left out of this. I have the IT people here working on a “Betty and Phil forever” banner. It will be a big seller!

Please note: New Mandala encourages vigorous debate. However, for the moment we will only be publishing high-quality comments that make original contributions to discussion. There will, of course, still be space for pithy, humorous, eccentric and cheeky input. Short and sweet will usually trump long and involved. Repetitive ranting, unimaginative point-scoring and idle abuse will not be entertained. Comments which carry a real name are also more likely to be approved. Thank you for your ongoing interest and contributions.
