I&#039;ve always wondered what the uniforms and decorations mean. Chaturon Chaisaeng is wearing one even though he is not an elected official anymore, so it must be associated with some other ranking that he has in Thai society. Even though with TRT these uniforms disappeared from campaign posters, they are obviously still &lt;i&gt;de rigueur&lt;/i&gt; for a host of other occasions.</description>
