If you saw Andrew's map on Constituency and voting (over 70-80% Bangkokians are not PPP), you'll see that this Advertisement is false, and no, it does not represent Bangkokian people. Again, another "Dog and Pony Show" to Tourists to make him seem like a hero and in the eyes of the Manchester City Football Clubbers, a 'legitimate' owner. IMHO.
