Veera Prateepchaikul of the Bangkok Post writes about the decision of the Administrative Court to freeze the joint Thai-Cambodian communique in relation to Preah Vihear:
But what is of greater concern are the implications of the court decision toward politics in Cambodia where an election is scheduled on July 27. Although the decision has no binding effect on Cambodia, it may be exploited by unscrupulous Cambodian media or politicians to whip up anti-Thai sentiments.

Well you are not seriously going to tell me that Hun Sen is an honest man, are you!? Sure he helped to foment the last set of anti-Thai riots. I can understand anti-Thai feelings in Cambodia, but riots were hardly constructive.
You and BP are sure prepared to be nice to some pretty corrupt people. But I guess that is the price you pay for being a successful academic.

@blaster: huh? Where is this coming from? Certainly Hun Sen is a corrupt politican (is there any other kind?)… Certainly he’s a bloodthirsty (or powerhungry, at least) one. So what? I can’t even firmly deduce what the point of this post is all about, let alone assume that it’s solely a sarcastic attack on Thai politicians and hence a support of Cambodian ones, as you do.
Weird. Moral? Don’t drink and blog.
