The people's vote: will Bainimarama be democratically elected?

He became Fiji's PM in 2006 by instigating a military coup. Eight years later, will Frank Bainimarama manage to be democratically elected?

In this video Professor Brij Lal, a member of the Fiji Constitution Review Commission which formed the basis of the 1997 constitution, speculates on what might happen, should Bainimarama lose the 17 September election.
