The ANU Vietnam Writing Fellowship supports an early career researcher to write a book-length research monograph on Vietnam.
The successful Fellow will be invited to visit the ANU College of Asia and the Pacific during 2016 for a 3 - 6 month period to undertake their writing. The Fellow will receive funding support to travel to ANU from their country of residence and remuneration during their stay.
Depending on individual circumstances, with consideration to visa and taxation requirements, the Fellow will receive either an ANU salary at the academic level B1 or a fortnightly travel allowance for the period of the Fellowship. The successful Fellow can expect their fortnightly income to be in the range of $3,418.27 - $4,049.50. Actual income will be subject to personal circumstance and this range should be taken as a guide only.
This Fellowship is administered by the School of Culture, History and Language and has been made possible through the generous support of a donor who wishes to remain anonymous.
