Enrolment
General information
Research students are enrolled in:
- a Graduate Research Program (e.g. 9560 Regulation, Justice and Diplomacy)
- a Graduate Research Course which is specific to the department or location (e.g. DIPL 9550)
- a Graduate Research Field (e.g. History, Economics, Linguistics, Public Policy etc)
- possibly also coursework
Research students cannot enrol themselves on-line.
Most students will be automatically enrolled each semester in the graduate research ‘course’ for their area. Please see the attached list of CAP enrolment codes.Please CHECK YOUR RECORD regularly on ISIS (http://www.anu.edu.au/students/ ) and ensure that the:
- enrolment and program information is correct;
- contact details are correct;
- milestones have been completed and/or recorded correctly;
- supervisory panel is up to date.
Coursework Component
If some coursework is a requirement of your program, please complete the enrolment variation form at: http://www.anu.edu.au/sas/forms/enrolment_variation.pdf to enrol in a course.
Graduate Research Field (GRF)
Students will no longer be affiliated with Graduate Research Fields, and they will no longer appear on the testamur, transcript or AHEGS statement. GRFs will be replaced by HDR Academic Networks. More details to follow.
Supervisory panel
To change either the panel composition or thesis topic, please complete the Changes to Research Student Supervisory Panel or Topic form [PDF] and hand to your local administrator.
