This paper discusses the emerging impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on food security and rural livelihoods in Indonesia. It is based on a rapid assessment commissioned by the Australian Centre for Agricultural Research (ACIAR) and undertaken during May and June. The paper uses online interviews, a social media survey, and a review of available documents and draws on recent food security and stunting data.
