Students who complete internships gain a range of practical skills and can also experience a rapid acceleration of language competency. Interns partake in activities such as journalism and communications, translation, business planning, English training, and research.

New Colombo Plan funds eight new ANU College of Asia & the Pacific programs

Students at The Australian National University’s College of Asia and the Pacific will have more opportunities to study overseas after the College was awarded New Colombo Plan (NCP) funding for eight student mobility programs in the recent funding round.

The College received funding to assist 80 students to undertake student mobility programs in the Asia Pacific. Seven of the eight successful projects have also received multi-year funding, ensuring the sustainability of the programs.
