Are you seeking to engage with one of the world’s most diverse regions? The Graduate Certificate of Engaging the Pacific (6 months full-time, or part-time equivalent) offers you an opportunity to explore the island region’s diverse histories, cultures, arts, languages, politics, and migration and environmental issues. The program uses critical approaches, from across multiple disciplines and perspectives, which are inclusive and supportive of indigenous Pacific voices, knowledge and methods.
Students hoping to work in the region — or in any agency or organisation engaged with Pacific policy, teaching, collections and communities in the islands and diaspora — will receive a strong grounding in thinking with, and for, Oceania
