Overview

The Graduate Certificate of Regulation and Governance (12 months part-time) aims to help individual professionals and organisations understand and better navigate an environment where new forms of complexity, risk and technology are significantly increasing challenges for regulators.

You will join an education program at the School of Regulation and Global Governance (RegNet) that draws on all of the strengths of The Australian National University (ANU). It offers an emphasis on interdisciplinary skills, an Australian and Asia-Pacific orientation, stimulating curriculum, masterclasses with distinguished practitioners, global networks and multiple career pathways.

This program prepares you to understand and apply key Australian and international ideas and approaches to effective regulation. It draws on the evidence-based research and the “big ideas” in regulation for which RegNet is world famous. The program has been designed in collaboration with Access Canberra, the peak regulatory organisation in Canberra, and is available to domestic students only.
