Hilary Charlesworth interviewed on feminist theory in IL by EJIL

Almost 25 years after the publication in AJIL of the ground-breaking article on “Feminist Approaches to International Law”, Professor Joseph Weiler, Editor-in-Chief of the European Journal of International Law, asks Professor Hilary Charlesworth of the Australian National University whether feminist theory in international law has now become mainstream.

The conversation also explores some of the reasons why Australian and New Zealand international lawyers abound. The interview was recorded at the European University Institute in June 2015.
