1. Includes short field visits, preliminary assessment archaeobotanical or palaeoecological (e.g. pollen, charcoal, phytoliths and diatoms) samples and report on recommendations for further work (usually 1-2 days only).
    
2. Includes detailed analysis identification, documentation of plant specimens of macrobotanical samples (seeds, fruits, wood etc) and report writing.
    
3. Includes water content, loss on ignition, magnetic susceptibility and macro-charcoal count.
    
4. Includes illustration and numerical analysis of pollen data, description of pollen zones, possible interpretation and photographs (can be from 2-3hr to 2-3 days). Additional fossil morphological analysis, such as size classing, will be done at this hourly rate.
